Terms of Service
These launch terms describe the PayUp Hub sandbox. They are a product draft and require counsel review before a regulated payroll launch.
Service
PayUp Hub provides company-isolated HR workflow and payroll simulation tools. The service is not a bank, money transmitter, tax filer, payroll processor of record, benefits broker, law firm, or accounting firm.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, and have authority to create or join a company. Company owners are responsible for roles, invitations, data, approvals, and lawful use.
Sandbox limitation
All payroll totals, tax estimates, payment statuses, statements, journals, connectors, and failure scenarios are simulations unless PayUp Hub expressly identifies a configured production provider in writing.
No professional advice
Outputs are not tax, legal, employment, benefits, or accounting advice. Verify decisions with qualified professionals and official authorities.
Acceptable use and termination
You may not use the service to harm others, upload unlawful data, probe other tenants, bypass controls, or process real payroll. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.
Draft notice
Warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute, governing-law, and enterprise data terms must be finalized by counsel before production use.
