Account access
Use password recovery on the login page. If an invitation fails, confirm you signed in with the exact invited address and that the link is less than seven days old.
Company and payroll workflows
Check your active company, role, and the action's status. A payroll preparer cannot approve their own run; invite a second authorized member.
Contact channel
A production ticketing provider and verified support address are not configured yet. Until then, use repository issues for non-sensitive sandbox defects only.
